Two successful batches and a growing community of oyster lovers! Our Tayabas Bay Oyster Appreciation Masterclass, held on August 15 and September 26 with the support of Mitsukoshi Fresh, brought guests closer to the world of locally grown oysters—from hatchery and merroir to tasting and shucking.
